Shipping Notice:

We cannot guarantee the safety of our fish when there are delays by the carrier. Unfortunately, it's becoming more common for them to sit in shipping facilities for long periods of time, even with us using overnight shipping. It is also important when there are no delays in shipping that fish are moved to a proper location upon arrival. In these cases our Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply. For our Live Arrival policy to apply, there can be no delays in shipping and any deceased fish need to be photographed and sent to us within one hour of being delivered.
