Live Arrival Guarantee
We stand by our Live Arrival Guarantee, promising that your fish will arrive alive and in good condition except between the months of October, 15th through April, 15th. This is due to shipping inconsistencies during cold weather seasons. If you order fish during this time, you assume the risk of their safe arrival. During warmer seasons, in the rare case that any fish arrives dead, we will replace the affected fish, subject to the conditions below:
- You must provide a clear photograph of the deceased fish within one hour of delivery to qualify for replacement.
- Please ensure the photo shows the fish in its original, unopened shipping bag for verification.
No Returns or Refunds
- Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fish once they are shipped. All sales are final.
